Learn To Be Resilient

Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy or significant stress. This is not a trait one is born with, it involves behaviors, thoughts, and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone....and in its development is the personal journey.  

Recognizing an admitting stress is the first step to overcoming and neutralizing it.
